We are searching for a dynamic and talented Associate Financial Analyst to join the Financial Analysis Capital Team (FA CT) in either our Everett, WA or Seattle, WA locations.
Position Responsibilities- Integrate with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) or Enterprise project managers to ensure accurate forecasting, performance to plan, and appropriate capitalization of assets.
- Drive dialog with BCA or Enterprise financial leaders to understand and assess the financial landscape of a portfolio of capital projects.
- Collect, compile, sort and document source data to support analysis of capital forecasts, including depreciation.
- Develop performance reports.
- Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management.
- Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Complete peer reviews.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 1+ years of experience in a business‑related function (e.g., Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management).
- 1+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets.
- 1+ years experience creating executive‑level presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working with large data sets (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI).
- 1+ years of experience working with a non‑finance partner on both financial and operational objectives.
- 1+ years working near a production environment.
- 1+ years of experience working with financial tools.
- 1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience identifying process improvements in Value Stream Mappings and the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
- Experience in financial compliance standards.
- Experience with project management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products for financial modeling and analysis.

Pay and BenefitsSummary pay range: $79,050 – $106,950
