Behavior Technician/RBT, Mental Health
Board Certified Behavior Analyst with expertise in autism as part of a multidisciplinary team. Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct intake and ongoing assessments, provide therapy, intervention, and behavior support for children on the autism spectrum, provide education and support for parents, supervise behavior technicians, and actively participate in program growth and development. Additional responsibilities may include staff and community training, school consultations, extended behavior support, and interdisciplinary planning and collaboration.

Required qualifications:- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related clinical field. Or
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Upon hire:
Washington Behavioral Analyst License. - 2 years Experience in Preschool setting with ages 3-6 years old.
- Experience in Preschool and/or early intervention setting.
- Consultation and supervision experience
- Participation in interdisciplinary settings.
- Experience in natural environment teaching/play-based therapy.
- Experience with providing parent support, coaching, and education
