Exercise Specialist

Job Description

Sports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialist in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.

• This position requires excellent customer service interaction with patients, clinicians, and staff.
• Interest or a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology background
• Prior medical clinic experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and patient safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ an hour
. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
