CT Technologist – Swedish

Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of technical and patient care procedures that require independent judgment utilizing a multi-slice CT scanner. Utilizes power injectors and monitoring equipment. Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast at the direction of the physician on site. Provides exemplary customer service. Participates and is engaged in a team framework and maintains a positive approach and attitude.

Continues to use radiology technology experience doing diagnostic X‑ray and fluoroscopy work.

Required Qualifications
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
  • Upon hire:
    Washington Radiologic Technologist
  • Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
  • Upon hire:
    National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Within 1 year of hire:
    National Registered Technologist – Computed Tomography – or – National Computed Tomography Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist
  • 1 year of experience in a CT Scan department

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
