About the RoleWe're looking for a safety-minded, eager-to-learn individual to support our facilities team. In this role, you'll help keep our facility running smoothly by assisting with repairs, troubleshooting equipment, and learning from experienced technicians. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to gain valuable technical experience and grow with a company that values your development.
What You’ll Do- Assist with maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electronic systems.
- Learn to troubleshoot equipment like conveyors, dispensing units, and automated systems.
- Support preventative maintenance tasks to keep our operations efficient.
- Work alongside experienced technicians and receive on‑the‑job training.
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for custodial supplies.
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Central Fill or production environment + WA Pharmacy Assistant License.
- Interest in learning how to troubleshoot and repair facility systems.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- A team‑first attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Windows XP/Windows 7.
- Familiarity with work order systems.
- Knowledge of safety procedures like LOTO and OSHA guidelines.
- Technical training, trade school, or an associate degree.
- Hands‑on training and mentorship.
