Occupational Therapist (CHT) – IRG Everett
Join to apply for the Occupational Therapist (CHT) role at IRG Physical & Hand Therapy.
Base pay range: $81,000 – $94,000 per year
Incentive compensation: Up to 20% above base salary.
Role SummaryWe are looking for an Occupational Hand Therapist who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and administering physical therapy treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury.
Summary of Duties- Conduct initial evaluations and assess patient conditions.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Document patient progress in a timely manner and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the electronic system.
- Assist in clinic operations and support colleagues.
- Protect patient confidentiality following HIPAA.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports settings.
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high‑stress environment.
- Extended periods at a video display terminal; keyboard use.
- Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged sitting or standing.
- Work at the IRG clinic with personal transportation required.
