Social Worker LCSW - IP Psychiatry

Providence invites applications for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for patients and their support systems in the IP Psychiatry program at the Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

The LCSW independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW collaborates with patients and support systems to develop and implement trauma‑informed evidence‑based person‑centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter‑Disciplinary Team (IDT). The LCSW performs duties in a manner that respects patient self‑determination, reduces health disparities/barriers to care, and adheres to the NASW Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission.

• Master’s Degree – Social Work or related field.
• Washington Advanced Social Worker License, Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License, Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License, Washington Mental Health Counselor License, Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License upon hire.
• 5 years of relevant Social Work experience, may include post‑MSW LICSWA experience.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Social Worker in a Behavioral Health setting, experience with involuntary and voluntary psychiatric hospitalization.
• Chemical dependency counselor / alcohol and drug abuse counselor experience.

Pay Range – $41.41 hourly to $64.29 hourly. Base pay determined by experience. Additional compensation may be available.
