Mon-Thu, 8am-6pm OR 4pm-10pm schedule; late shift position Mon-Thu / Tue-Fri 2pm-12am or 3pm-1am

$31.25 - $36.06/hr

Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Exercise Physiologist. The staff model provides the injury prevention model:
Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.

• Applicant must be a self‑starter and able to work independently without direct supervision
• Demonstrate exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting
• Be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team
• Be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone
• Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work‑Fit/Boeing SOP
• Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services
• Desire to be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country
• Have a degree in Exercise Science or another health‑related field
• Hold current certification as an exercise professional with a national organization in good standing
• Hold current First Aid/CPR certification
• Have experience teaching group exercise classes to adults
• Be competent with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
