Role Overview: A Physical Therapist provides patient-centered rehabilitation care in a facility setting, assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy programs
- Deliver physical therapy to promote recovery, independence, and improved function
- Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on skills to maintain progress
- Valid state license or proof of eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field with relevant credentials
- Experience or educational evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Assess patients, develop and implement therapy plans, collaborate with healthcare team, and educate patients and caregivers to facilitate recovery and independence.
