- Exceed Cleaning Standards:
Conduct routine guest room preparations and cleanings while meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas. - Guest Relations:
Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to accommodate guest needs and increase revenue. - Teamwork:
Assist with laundry duties as needed and communicate maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management. - Emergency Procedures:
Follow property emergency procedures to ensure security of the property and guests. - Other Duties as Assigned.
- Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Effective oral communication skills.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods.
- Lift, push, pull 20–50 lbs as needed.
