Salary Range: $19.77 To $23.00 Hourly

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you play an important role in the intake process. You are the first point of contact for our patients and pride yourself on setting the bar high. Treating people with dignity and respect comes naturally to you. You work best in a fast paced, team environment and are comfortable with constantly changing priorities. Good customer service and a positive work environment is important to you.

You are able to set and maintain professional boundaries.

• 1-2 years office experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of substance use disorder, treatment and recovery support a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with 42 CFR, 45 CFR, and RCW 70.96A and related laws
