Position Summary

The Manager, Talent Specialists leads and develops a high-performing team to ensure exceptional, efficient, and consistent experiences for candidates, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters across interview coordination, offer delivery, and onboarding processes. This team supports hiring across the Americas region. As part of the Talent Operations team, this role champions operational excellence through continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on developing team capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities Team Management & Performance
  • Lead, coach, and inspire Talent Specialists and Interview Schedulers to deliver high-quality, timely, and customer-focused service.
  • Leverage data and the Fortive Business System to manage performance, identify trends, and drive operational improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning where team members are empowered to grow and expand their skills.
Service Delivery Oversight
  • Oversee execution of interview scheduling, offer delivery, onboarding, new employee orientation, and talent-related tasks/projects.
  • Ensure service consistency, quality, on-time delivery, and compliance across all processes.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition (TA) Leaders to manage escalations and seamless candidate and manager experience.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies using data and Fortive Business System tools.
  • Track service levels, KPIs, and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to inform improvement actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes, enhance automation, and drive scalable operational excellence.
Systems & Knowledge Management
  • Oversee the maintenance of process documentation and knowledge content to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology on issue resolution, system enhancements, and usability improvements.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Build trusted relationships with Recruiters, TA leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners to optimize the operating model and continuously improve.
  • Communicate KPIs, process changes, and improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Represent the Talent Specialist function in cross-functional projects and process design discussions.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to apply systems thinking and data-driven decision-making to improve operations and team performance.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing business conditions and role evolution.
  • Commitment to developing others and fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring others in an operational or service-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and feedback to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle, Service Now, and Eightfold.
  • Experience with global hiring processes, i.e., interview scheduling, offer delivery, onboarding, and new employee orientation.

Compensation and Benefits

Bonus eligible. Salary range: 81,765.00 –  (local currency).
