As a Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator, you’ll help keep the branch running by connecting workers with job opportunities, supporting clients, and coordinating daily staffing needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer systems
• Customer service, staffing, recruiting, or operations experience is a plus
• Dependable, proactive, and motivated to grow

This is an in-person position based in Everett, WA 98203 . The role includes office work, frequent communication with workers and clients, recruiting activities, occasional job site visits, community events, and local travel.
