The Opportunity
- Design and create solutions for online applications and APIs, primarily in Drupal, with some direct/vanilla PHP thrown in for good measure, utilizing the most recent best practices.
- Through understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.
- Gather and convert business and technical needs into web-based solutions by meeting with clients and stakeholders
- Work with the design, UX/UI, and content teams for cohesive project development
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to PHP CMS like Drupal, Wordpress, etc…
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Drupal development team

What You Need- Working experience with other CMS like AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, Contentstack, Wordpress, etc …
- Digital experience platform knowledge and past implementation experience
- Acquia Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ Years Overall IT Experience and some Drupal development experience around 6-8 years
- Extensive knowledge of Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels
- Strong Drupal UI standards and best practices
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JavaScript frameworks, frontend frameworks, responsive/mobile design, cross-browser development, content management systems, and testing/debugging
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of Drupal architecture and Symfony, including modules, themes, hooks, the Drupal API and the database layer
- Experience with Drupal site building, configuration, and theming
- Experience with Drupal caching, performance tuning, and security
- Familiarity with Git, Composer, Drush, and other Drupal development tools
- Ability to multi-task and react quickly to changing priorities
- Good understanding of software development engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
Compensation can differ depending on factors including location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles in various U.S. markets.

Compensation Range: $81,000-$122,000
BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, and certain company-paid benefits.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified will receive those benefits.
