• Customer-centric and solution-oriented Telecom OSS architect.
• Domain certifications – eTOM, TMForum, TOGAF, ITIL – are advantageous.
• Experience with architecture and modeling tools such as EA, MS Visio.
• Experience working with customers/vendors and understanding of Telco product portfolio and OSS principles, processes, technology, and application engineering.
• Sound knowledge of Telecom networking and telecommunication technologies – POTS, IP, Ethernet, Fiber.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end journeys and processes across fulfillment, inventory, and assurance domains.
• Ability to understand Telco vision and roadmap, and deliver architecture and design strategies.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Telco OSS domain (High-speed internet, Phone & TV), with at least 8-9 years as a lead OSS architect.
• Exposure to Telco Networks-Core, Access, Transport.
• Hands-on experience in at least one OSS domain area such as Inventory, Provisioning/Activation, Order Management, Fault/Performance Management.
• Experience leading complex OSS Transformation/IT Simplification programs for Tier 1 Telcos as a lead Solution Architect.
• Ability to quickly understand Telco OSS roadmap and strategy.
• Guide Telco in finalizing the Transformation roadmap, scope, and risks.
• Represent SA Technologies in the Design Office of Transformation programs, participate in workshops, and collaborate with Enterprise Architects, vendors, and SMEs to finalize program phases, solution blueprints, and business use cases.
• Define migration strategies and guide teams during design execution.
• Validate non-functional requirements and advise on sizing.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, solution expertise, and active listening skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Support delivery and program management with estimations and planning.
• Lead technical teams to develop detailed specifications.
• Recognize team members’ roles and optimize team effectiveness.
