Senior Product Lifecycle Management Product Manager

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Product Lifecycle Management Product Manager to join us in Everett, WA;
Kent, WA; or Seattle, WA
and lead the forefront of digital transformation within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) IT product domain.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle management for airplane, engineering, and manufacturing definition solutions, from ideation through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, product support, supplier management, software development, IT infrastructure management, and business stakeholders—to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, and data analytics within electrical engineering workflows.
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Manage Commercial off the Shelf Software (COTS) vendors and third‑party solution providers.
  • Conduct user feedback sessions to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data‑driven insights to optimize product functionality and adoption.
  • Lead management efforts and provide training/ support to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to electrical engineering IT systems.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 5+ years of experience with the Dassault Systèmes® 3

    DEXPERIENCE® Platform.
  • 5+ years of experience deploying and sustaining Siemens Team Center application instances.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner and/or product manager in agile development.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Agile/SAFe processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in the software development life cycle (e.g., application development and support).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with IT solutions for PLM or related technical domains.
  • Experience implementing, deploying, and managing Dassault Systemes or Siemens product management products.
  • Experience working with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data analytics.
  • Experience working with all levels of stakeholders from individual contributors to executives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with expertise in analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
  • Experience working within a matrixed global organization.
  • Experience with cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks.

Pay & Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base pay and variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time away from work. Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $138,550 – $187,450.
