Are you an Epicor Kinetic expert who enjoys building, optimizing, and transforming ERP systems? We're seeking a Senior Epicor Kinetic ERP Specialist to play a critical role in advancing our ERP platform and driving operational excellence across the business.

This is more than a support role. You'll serve as the technical expert behind our Epicor Kinetic environment, partnering directly with leaders across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to deliver innovative solutions, streamline processes, and unlock the full power of Epicor.

• Lead development and enhancement efforts within the Epicor Kinetic ecosystem.
• Design and build custom solutions using Application Studio, BPMs, BAQs, and C#.
• Drive the final phases of Epicor Kinetic optimization and expansion initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Create impactful dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, EDA, EDD, and FPA.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and process standardization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP functional and technical challenges.
• Leverage advanced SQL skills to support reporting, business intelligence, and data analysis initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and lead user training and knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, long-term ERP solutions that support organizational growth.

• 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience, including significant hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
• Experience supporting or leading a full Epicor implementation, major upgrade, or transformation initiative.
• Strong expertise with:
  • Application Studio
  • BPMs
  • BAQs
  • Solution Workbench
  • SSRS
  • SQL Server / SSMS
  • Microsoft Report Builder
  • C#
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, production planning, logistics, and finance processes.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience developing integrations using APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
