Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions) — Comparion Insurance Agency

Location:

Tukwila, WA. This role is remote with required in-person training and meetings in Tukwila.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Through a combination of base pay, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first year compensation ranges from $55,000.00 - $75,000.00. There is potential for top performers to earn over $100,000 in their first year.

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
• Engage with customers to provide insurance solutions (auto, home, life) from multiple carriers.
• Develop and maintain a referral network and partnerships; engage in community events.
• In-person relationship building and community engagement.

• Previous employment in a sales role turning prospects into customers.
• A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life.

• Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with customers
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
• Experience in finding, building and growing leads and customer base
