We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our accomplished legal team.
This role supports our civil litigation and personal injury practice areas, working closely with attorneys to manage cases from discovery through trial and resolution. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment and take pride in doing meaningful work, we want to hear from you.

- Manage litigation case files from discovery through trial preparation, under attorney supervision.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial exhibits.
- Organize, review, and summarize discovery materials, depositions, and medical or financial records.
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure case progress and timely filings.
- Maintain accurate calendars for deadlines, hearings, and court dates.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit preparation, and trial binders.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure all client data is handled in accordance with firm policies.
- Proven experience as a litigation paralegal
, with at least 3+ years of experience in civil litigation. - Strong understanding of litigation processes, including discovery rules and trial preparation.
- Confidence in managing multiple cases and deadlines independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Commitment to deadlines and pride in producing high‑quality work.
- A proactive mindset; you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
$65,000 - $70,000 DOE
