Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year
OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for advocating for clients’ rights.
Key Responsibilities ul>Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
Meet with clients to gather facts, assess their cases, and provide legal advice and support.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediation as needed.
Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and share insights.
Education:
Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and best practices through ongoing professional development.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Washington.
- 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
