Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Trial Attorney based in Everett, WA, with work‑from‑home flexibility. The candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation, including drafting motions, appearing in court, conducting arbitrations and trials, and managing depositions.

Performance involves a strong commitment to client advocacy and the ability to manage a case load with the support of the best paralegals and legal assistants in the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in personal injury or relevant litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A passion for justice
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington
