Cooley LLP is seeking two associates (3rd–6th year) to join its elite private companies team in Washington, DC or Reston, VA to advise disruptive companies and the investors that fund them. Ideal candidates will have no less than three years of extensive experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters through their growth cycle, including venture financings and liquidity events.
