SMARTSERVICE ROUTE DRIVER (FULL TIME) at Canteen North America

Location: 3301 Seaway Boulevard Suite 100, Everett, WA 98203. Application submitted online only.

Schedule: Full-time overnight schedule, shifts Sunday–Thursday night starting between 7pm–10pm.

Pay: $31.13 per hour (fixed rate). Internal employee referral bonus available. All driving roles may include commission eligibility.

• Prior to each day’s route, ensure truck loaded with required products and following operational procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and distribute product for vending machines.
• Load hand cart with product totes, walk to machines, load and retrieve empty totes.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide customer and client satisfaction in all job aspects.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines; report defective equipment to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate machine product and inventory data via handheld computer.
• Inform clients of new products or services.
• Listen to and resolve service complaints; report all complaints to supervisor promptly.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash collected, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation per established procedures.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe operation of company vehicles.
• Preferred 1–2 years customer service experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
