Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Fasteners Procurement Operations team in Everett, WA
. The role spans all airplane programs and involves change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned. In this role you will work with a great team of Supply Chain Management Analysts (SCMA) that purchase raw materials, supplier parts, and release production orders while ensuring adherence to program schedules and organizational compliance with inventory management policies and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
  • Analyze complex material requirements.
  • Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
  • Determine part number attributes.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Document and resolve order delinquencies.
  • Report schedule adherence issues.
  • Develop and control inventory plans.
  • Optimize inventory levels.
  • Analyze and disposition excess inventories.
  • Initiate audits.
  • Develop and create schedules for products and services.
  • Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
  • Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
  • Work under general direction.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management.
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting operations, materials management, and/or supply chain functions in a production environment.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management.
  • 3+ years of experience with warehousing vendor management operations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects.
  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis.

Summary pay range (Level
2): $77,400 – $89,875.
Summary pay range (Level
3): $92,700 – $107,650.
