- Manage the program from contract award through final modification parts kit delivery.
- Establish, monitor, and integrate program elements including statement of work, schedule, budget, resources, procurement, manufacturing, quality, communications, risks, and change management.
- Serve as liaison between the Customer, Sales and Marketing, Project Team, Certification, Finance, Operations, and NAT Management.
- Act as the primary customer contact.
- Develop, integrate, execute, and maintain Program Plan consisting of:
- Approved & Integrated Statement of Work
- Approved & Integrated Schedule
- Approved Budget
- Program Assumptions and Decisions
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Lines of Communication
- Ensure all stakeholders understand and agree to the Program Plan and are made aware of changes to the Plan.
- Establish and maintain Program Management Tools, including Program Plan, Project Set up Form, Data Requirements Matrix, Action Items, Risk Matrix.
- Lead and coordinate major program milestone meetings (e.g., ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI, etc.).
- Coordinate commercial and proprietary issues with Customer, Finance and Marketing (e.g., obtain POs, prepare NDAs, assist with GTAs).
- Manage resources, quality, communications, and program risks.
- Manage and control changes to statement of work, schedule or budget.
- Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to problems.
- Coordinate on-site support and travel as needed.
- Report project status on a regular basis.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Participate in proposal preparation as needed.
- Understand and promote all health, safety and environmental legal and regulatory requirements, including company policies and standards.
- Lead by example, enforce and sustain a strong minded safety culture and compliance driven practices.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Certification, Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality.
- Coordinate externally with the Customer, Customer's Suppliers, and Offload companies.
- Local and international travel may be required, depending on assignment and can be up to 20%.
