Product Test Technician – Everett, WA

Fluke Corporation, a global leader in electronic test tools and software, invites you to join our Electrical Calibration Team in a critical role ensuring accuracy and reliability for customers worldwide.

• Perform calibrations and adjustments on electrical instruments for both new production and customer returns.
• Maintain primary and secondary calibration standards according to published schedules.
• Collect and record data, generate calibration certificates, and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 Quality Standards.
• Support internal and external calibration services for measurement and test equipment (M&TE).
• Share knowledge by training fellow technicians on standards and procedures.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced staff (no formal supervisory responsibilities).

Must‑Have

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent vocational training.
• Strong soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot to component level on printed circuit assemblies.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demand.

• External calibration certifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards.
• Experience mentoring or training others.
