Product Test Technician – Everett, WA
Fluke Corporation, a global leader in electronic test tools and software, invites you to join our Electrical Calibration Team in a critical role ensuring accuracy and reliability for customers worldwide.
Responsibilities- Perform calibrations and adjustments on electrical instruments for both new production and customer returns.
- Maintain primary and secondary calibration standards according to published schedules.
- Collect and record data, generate calibration certificates, and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 Quality Standards.
- Support internal and external calibration services for measurement and test equipment (M&TE).
- Share knowledge by training fellow technicians on standards and procedures.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced staff (no formal supervisory responsibilities).
Must‑Have
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent vocational training.
- Strong soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot to component level on printed circuit assemblies.
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demand.
Nice‑to‑Have
Qualifications:
- External calibration certifications.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards.
- Experience mentoring or training others.
