OverviewAs a Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will assemble, test, fabricate, and inspect products in standard and non-standard environments, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining workflow.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
- Operate hand and power tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized inventory of products at work stations, ensuring materials are available and accounted for.
- Perform quality checks on work, identify and record product defects, and rework or repair assembled equipment according to engineering specification changes.
- Adhere to safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and follow all quality and safety standards.
- Perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours per day, and handle extended periods of standing and lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Strong ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail, precision, and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship;
