Material Handler / Forklift Operator (2nd Shift | Full Time)

Base pay range
: $21.00/hr – $22.00/hr

• Deliver flavor ingredients, packaging, and line supplies to the right lines at the right time.
• Use a forklift or reach lift to move materials between storage, staging, and production areas.
• Help with wrap staging, pallet consolidation, and basic put‑away.
• Follow delivery priority lists provided by the lead.
• Handle paperwork and reconcile deliveries accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and follow all safety rules.

• Forklift and/or reach lift experience or certification required.
• Ability to stay organized while multitasking.
• Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Be dependable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused.
• Stay aware of changing production needs.
• Communicate any material shortages or delays to your lead.
