Division Information Located in Everett, this newly‑built facility (21,400 sq. ft.) is the center of excellence for the final assembly of the Boeing 777 landing gear. As part of the Central Division you will lead P&L responsible for the critical final assembly of the Boeing 777 landing gear. A smaller, dedicated team focuses on quality, consistency, and teamwork while leveraging latest technology, machining automation, and quality techniques to remain the best‑value producer of complex landing gear components.

Main Responsibilities
- Assembly of the 777/777X Main and Nose Landing Gear, final stages and delivery to Boeing
- Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel. Ability to be on call to support AOG and customer emergent scenarios (off shift/weekends)
- Read drawings and models to complete the final assembly according to the process plans
- Identify proper and improper fits, alignments, and condition of components
- Adhere to 6‑S/Housekeeping responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Other duties as assigned/required by schedule and workloads
- High school diploma or equivalent
- AME/A&P license and/or aerospace experience is preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience assembling aerospace components
- Must be able to read blueprints and hydraulic schemes that identify and explain the function of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
- Proven problem‑solving skills and experience/exposure to lean manufacturing
- Identify non‑conformances when assembling landing gear
- Ability to use hand and machine tools
