Wipro Givon USA has an fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on operational leader to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager serves as the senior operational leader for the facility, with full accountability for plant performance across Machining, Assembly, Engineering, Programming, and IT. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivery performance, quality, safety, compliance, and cost control in a high‑mix, low‑volume aerospace manufacturing environment.

This position operates in a strict ITAR‑regulated environment and ensures full compliance with export control laws, aerospace quality standards, and Washington State employment and safety regulations. This role partners closely with executive leadership, HR, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to align operational execution with strategic business objectives.

Abilities – Are you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Automotive/Precision manufacturing/Aerospace manufacturing operations.
  • Proven experience leading Machining, Assembly, Engineering, and Programming teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITAR and export‑controlled manufacturing environments.
  • Experience operating in regulated quality systems (AS9100, ISO, or equivalent). Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational execution and strategic thinking.
  • Deep understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, and production systems.
  • Ability to lead in a high‑accountability, safety‑critical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable leading change and navigating complexity.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 25 pounds; navigate the shop seamlessly; work at computer space for long hours.
  • Ability to work on site, in Everett Washington, and come during off hours to meet with teams as needed.
  • People skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities – What will you do daily Operational Leadership
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.
  • Own plant‑level KPIs, including Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure operational readiness to meet customer requirements, contract obligations, and delivery schedules.
Manufacturing Operations (Machining & Assembly)
  • Oversee machining and assembly operations, including capacity planning, labor utilization, equipment effectiveness, and workflow optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methodologies.
