Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the 777 Lean Integration Team in Everett, WA.

The successful candidate will work and manage projects to support organizational goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

• Analyzes and interprets data

• Provides feedback on assessment results

• Works with organizations to develop effective strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

• Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years’ experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing industry

• 1+ years’ experience in using Lean principles

• 1+ years' experience with continuous process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System

• 1+ years' experience with Project Management

• Data Analysis experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000
