Founded in 2019, Everett Ship Repair offers ship repair, maintenance, and conversion services for commercial vessels, with a focus on commercial workboats and passenger vessels. • Direct, supervise, and support pipe fitting teams to meet production goals, project schedules, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate manpower and scheduling with Project Managers, Master Schedulers, and other Supervisors.
• Provide daily direction and support to Foremen and Leads, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage employee performance processes, including evaluations, coaching, and progressive discipline.
• Support apprenticeship testing, training initiatives, and employee skill development.
• Promote a safe work environment in collaboration with the Safety Manager by enforcing safety procedures and providing relevant training.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify solutions, and

• Facilitate communication between production employees and upper management.
• Maintain required documentation, timekeeping, and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Journeyman-level Pipefitter certification or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two to three years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor in a marine or industrial pipe fitting environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Formal supervisory training or certification.
• Experience with ABS, USCG, and/or NAVSEA requirements.
• Familiarity with shipbuilding standards and marine systems installation.
