Reid Middleton, Inc. is looking for an organized, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team in our Everett office.

• Write winning proposals and manage the proposal process, including coordination with internal team members and subconsultants.
• Coordinate, create, produce, and support branded collateral, both print and digital (award submittals, brochures, presentations, website, and social media content).
• Lead generation through marketing research.
• Maintain accurate data in the firm’s CRM.
• Support various marketing initiatives; this is NOT a Digital Marketing or Graphic Design-focused position.
• Work closely with marketing, firm leadership, and project teams, collaborating with engineers and project managers.
• Be responsive, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and creative.
• Possess excellent communication, proofreading, and time‑management skills, excelling under tight schedules and competing deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications or equivalent credentials.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, business, or business communications. Prior experience in AEC is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and MS Office.
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
