RN - Emergency Services - Night – Everett, Washington – Full Time

The RN in Emergency Services will provide expert, compassionate, patient-focused care during the night shift. This role requires critical thinking, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced emergency department setting. You will apply your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.

• Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care consistent with hospital standards.
• Apply specialized nursing training to assess and manage emergency patients.
• Perform emergency interventions as per established protocols and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and ancillary staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Participate in continuous professional development and maintain certifications.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

• National certification in Emergency Nursing or specialized area.
