, within their General Medicine unit serving patients with medical-surgical and psychiatric care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to grow in a dynamic, patient-centered environment with full relocation support available.
As a Med Surg/Psych RN
, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population. You'll be part of an integrated team managing acute medical needs while supporting behavioral health challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers
- Document all care provided in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff
- Active RN license in Washington (or eligible to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg, inpatient psych, or acute care preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Passion for serving patients with both physical and mental health needs
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $140,000
