Assistant Nurse Manager – Medical ICU

Join Providence Regional Medical Center Everett as an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. This role reports to the unit director/manager and focuses on utilizing the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift.

The ANM supports the unit director/manager by planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services. They provide managerial presence for all shifts, manage clinical and non‑clinical caregivers, and contribute performance evaluation data to the director/manager.

• Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN). Registered Nurses hired before November 1 2024 are encouraged to pursue an BSN; completion is not a condition of employment.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent clinical experience in an acute‑care hospital.
  • Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Shared Governance experience.
