** Your Role
*** Provide skilled nursing care such as
** wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management
*** Conduct skilled
** observation, assessment, and evaluation
*** Deliver
** patient and caregiver education and support
*** Collaborate with healthcare providers for
** cohesive, quality care**
* ** On-call rotations required
**** Requirements**
* ** Washington LPN license** (current and in good standing)
* Home Health or Hospice experience preferred—but not required!
* ** Current BLS certification (AHA)
*** Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
