Job Title: LPN Clinic

Location:
Everett, WA

Shift: Days 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM

Gross Weekly Pay: $1700 - $1800

Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient clinic team. The LPN will provide direct patient care, support providers, and ensure smooth clinical operations. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Required:

• 1 year of recent experience
• 1 year exp in clinic/Outpatient
• WA State LVN License required
• BLS - AHA is required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or Provider.
• Perform patient assessment, record vitals, and document medical history.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as per orders.
• Assist with minor procedures and prepare exam rooms for providers.
• Conduct patient triage and respond to clinical inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Perform point-of-care testing (blood glucose, urinalysis, strep, flu tests, etc.).
• Manage clinic flow to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
• Stock, clean, and organize exam rooms and maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
• Support physicians, NPs, and PAs during examinations and treatments.
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and patient follow-up as needed.
