Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.

• Conduct assessments and create care plans.

• Use Oasis and HCHB for records.

• Perform Start of Care, routine visits, and recertifications.

• Manage approximately 5 patient visits daily.

Schedule:

• 13 - week contract, 40 hours/week

• Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

• Day shifts, no on - call

• Potential for contract extension

Qualifications:

• Valid Compact or WA RN License

• BLS certification

• 2+ years RN experience, with Home Health expertise

• Proficient in Oasis and HCHB Additional Information:
