American Traveler is hiring a Dialysis RN with current WA or compact RN license and prior dialysis experience to float across multiple chronic in-center clinic locations.

• Chronic, in-center dialysis care across multiple clinic locations
• Float assignment covering Everett, Smokey Point, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe clinics
• Shifts are 10-13 hours, scheduled AM or PM depending on staffing needs
• Work days range Monday through Saturday

• Active WA State RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Previous dialysis experience required
• Prior acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred

• Oversee delivery of dialysis treatments and patient care
• Provide patient education and adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians and monitor patient outcomes
• Administer medications and participate in quality improvement projects
• Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists as part of the care team
• Must be able to work at any of the four clinic locations as needed
