Pay Rates for Certified Nursing Aide (CNA NAC)

Pay Range:
From $22 to $27 per hour DOE.

Evening shift (2pm to 10pm)4 on 2 off pattern, you MUST be able to work all days of the week without restrictions

At Bethany of the Northwest, we genuinely believe in what we do, that taking care of our employees ensures that we can provide supportive care and nursing services to people of all backgrounds in our four Everett locations. We provide skilled and sub-acute nursing, assisted living and home health services designed to meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of elderly and disabled persons, many of which are vulnerable, low-income senior citizens that rely on Medicare/Medicaid for housing, food and medical services.

The certified nursing assistant position provides quality nursing care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a Washington state-approved CNA certification training course
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality
• Up-to-date identification
• Basic computer skills
