RN - Dialysis

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients. The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient care team.

• Oversee the delivery of dialysis care to patients.
• Provide education to patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians in daily operations.
• Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.

Must be able to work 10-13 hour shifts, AM & PM, covering any day from Monday to Saturday based on staffing needs.

Position covers multiple locations including Everett, Smokey Point, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe.

• Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
• Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required.
• Previous Dialysis experience is required; prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing is preferred.
