We are seeking a Float CNA NAC with the ability to work days and evening shifts on a varying pattern across our 3 skilled nursing facilities in Everett.

This will be a work pattern that will change each week to support the needs of our facilities so will suit someone with a flexible schedule willing to work where needed.

Pay Range:
From $24 to $29 per hour (DOE and calculated as base, state addition and shift differential.)

Will be variable Day shift 6am to 2pm, Evening shift 2pm to 10pmFlexible and varying pattern so, you MUST be able to work all days of the week without restrictions

We provide skilled and sub-acute nursing, assisted living and home health services designed to meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of elderly and disabled persons, many of which are vulnerable, low-income senior citizens that rely on Medicare/Medicaid for housing, food and medical services.

The certified nursing assistant position provides quality nursing care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a Washington state-approved CNA certification training course
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA, skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality
• Up-to-date identification
• Basic computer skills
