** None/Not Required As a Quality Inspector III, you will conduct inspections of products (parts, assemblies, raw materials, tooling, instruments, etc.) to validate compliance to design data requirements which include drawings, specifications, and contract requirements at predetermined steps in the manufacturing process using basic inspection methods and tools.

* What You Will Do:
*** Inspect a variety of cosmetic and structural Aerospace Interiors units and kits using measuring/inspection instruments (e.g. micrometers, gauges and calipers) with proper inspection techniques.
* Read, interpret and utilize Quality policies, procedures, blueprints and other documentation.
* Perform receiving, in-process, final inspection & first article approval of manufactured, assembled, and tested hardware and components.
* Raise notifications of non-conformances, quarantine non-conforming product and, when approved to do so, provide disposition. Assist with the coordination of non-conforming product control activities.
* Operate computer systems to perform inspection tasks (e.g. SAP, MS Office, JD Edwards, One World, Engineering Information System, labor charging).
* Verify all work order documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Administer visual and physical inspections of units and subassemblies.
* Complete unit shakedowns (when required) to check for foreign objects, rattles and loose internal hardware.
* Responsible for First Article Inspections and completes related documentation.
* Perform administrative tasks associated with files management.
* Collaborate internally to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
* Report directly to, and support other duties as delegated by, the Quality Manager.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Detail oriented and good communication skills.
* Product inspection experience and/or technical background is preferred.
