Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Everett, WA 98204
Duration: 3+ months
Pay rate: $25-$28/hr. on w2
Shift Timing: 1st Shift - M-F 05:00 am-1:30pm
Job Description:- Client, a leader in aviation technology, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Quality Inspector to join our fast-paced and innovative team.
- In this critical role, you will support our sustaining business for one of client's' key value streams:
Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Integrations (ALCI). - As a Quality Inspector, you will be at the heart of our quality operations, ensuring that production and quality procedures are meticulously followed to ensure 100% quality for client's' customers.
- This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals, where you will be responsible for conducting all Quality Inspection and coordination activities in a manner that conforms to company and H&S procedures.

- Mechanical and Cosmetic inspection
- Provide Quality control activities including new product introduction
- Provide inspection services for incoming goods, returns and assembly
- Document non-conformances and report major quality issues to leadership
- First Article inspection
- Candidates will be required to complete a vision test for this role. Safety glasses are required.
- It is essential that the successful candidate have solid inspection experience gained in a manufacturing environment.
- Technically competent, able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Independence & Teamwork:
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with a team. - Attention to Detail:
Capable of maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. - Strong Communication
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential. - Familiarity with Quality disciplines including 8D reporting, 5 Whys and the completion of corrective action reports. (also, essential)
- HS Diploma/GED +2 years relevant experience OR in lieu of degree 4+ years of RELEVANT experience
- Occasionally there is opportunity for more hours, not very often. Voluntary OT on Saturday if it comes up.
