Newly Licensed Real Estate Agent – On-the-Job Training Provided
Join KW Everett as a newly licensed real estate agent with comprehensive training and support. You’ll receive one‑on‑one guidance from experienced agents and industry‑recognized training programs to launch your career.
Base Pay Range
$60,000 – $118,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Work with senior sales agents to guide clients to homes.
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of agents and clients.
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours of prospecting per week.
- Have a valid Washington real‑estate license or be willing to obtain one.
Qualifications
- People oriented with a positive, happy attitude.
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and match them to homes.
- Learning oriented, ambitious, and proven ability to succeed.
- High school graduate.
- Real‑estate license (training available).
