We’ll help you get started with Real Estate school through an online, self‑paced program designed to fit your busy lifestyle. You’re motivated to take this step, and KW Everett is excited to support you every step of the way.

• Complete the online, self‑paced pre‑licensing course.
• Meet the total minimum clock hours requirement of 90 (60 hours Fundamentals / 30 hours Practices).
• Undergo a background check.
• Attend Career Nights to answer all your questions.
