Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

This role is designed for experienced real estate agents who are producing, licensed, and motivated—but want more support, smarter systems, and a clearer path to growth.

If you’re confident working with clients yet feel like you’re doing too much on your own, this opportunity provides the infrastructure, mentorship, and operational support that allows you to focus on what you do best: advising clients and closing transactions.

Agents in this role benefit from a collaborative environment, proven processes, and hands-on leadership support—without sacrificing independence or control of their business. Whether your goal is to increase volume, improve efficiency, or build a more sustainable long-term business, this position is built to help you scale intentionally.

This is not a role for brand-new agents or those looking to be micromanaged. It is ideal for agents who already understand the fundamentals of the business and are ready to elevate their performance with the right support behind them.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
