You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant . This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring.

A profit share bonus is awarded to GM s based off controlling costs within goals.

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience*
• Must be able to work weekend nights
