Flynn Panera operates under a decentralized business model led by Market Leaders, with Area Directors, General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Managers overseeing café operations across multiple locations. Our leadership team brings over 190+ years of restaurant industry experience and 60+ years within Flynn Group.

Our Panera Bread cafés feature baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches, as well as specialty espresso beverages. As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean, fast, and friendly café environment, and responding promptly to guests’ needs with accuracy and a friendly smile. You will also support our no‑fryers, no‑late‑night policy and help create the warm atmosphere that defines the Panera brand.

• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours.
• Must safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds.
• Must read and write to facilitate communication.
• Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
